Our house has been designed with attention to every detail, both technically and visually.
Durability
Our house is built on a galvanized, cold-bent steel structure—proven for durability through wind deflection tests. We confidently offer a 50-year warranty on this element.
Energy saving
Ruukki sandwich panels, UV selective glass, etc. - the materials used give us houses that allow us to approach zero energy balance on an annual basis.
Timeless design
Simple but distinctive solids with glazing with very narrow profiles second to none. These homes not only look good from the outside; staying in them is a pleasure.
Safety
Glazing with P2/P4 class; they have a tempered layer, locking giving burglary protection and are embedded in an aluminum frame. Entrance doors with RC2 class.
Modern facades
Seamed metal cladding and aluminum profiles with woodgrain varnish. To protect the facade we use powder varnish, highly resistant to weather conditions. For the varnish itself we give a 15-year warranty.
Fast construction
Shell & LVNG standard (with installations) we implement in a time frame of 99 days from the time of obtaining a building permit.

Activity performed
The ‘Shell & Core’ package includes the basic shell and core condition of the building, which is prepared for further finishing works. This standard includes key structural elements such as external walls, roof and ceilings. The building is protected from the weather but does not yet have finishes or finishing details, allowing the developer complete freedom to arrange the space.
Days since signing the contract
The ‘Shell & LVNG’ package is an extended version of the development standard, offering builders much more than the typical shell and core condition. In addition to the basic structural elements, this package includes full internal installations. What's more, the building is equipped with renewable energy installations to increase energy efficiency and significantly reduce future running costs. As a result, Shell & LVNG provides an advanced technical base that allows the investor to move almost immediately to the finishing work, while leaving a great deal of freedom in the arrangement of the space.
